Pretty! This bag is totally in the “pretty handbag” category. While I don’t always like too many bells and whistles or frills and flowers on my handbags, I think J. Crew pulled off this look rather well. The J. Crew Silk Satin Fiore Clutch is made of Manetero silk satin. Mantero has been producing silk for many of Europe’s extremely fashionable (and picky) couture houses. So, no offense to J. Crew, but I was kind of surprised that they were able to score some of this gorgeous silk – but hey – good for them and lucky us! A fabulous mini-bouquet of flowers adorns this clutch along the front. I can see myself grabbing this clutch while wearing a fun and flirty summer dress or a pair of jeans and a cute yet simple tank top. All in all, a great pick at a fabulous price! Buy through J. Cleobella Sandy Clutch.

This clutch is different, but in all the right ways. When it comes to clutches, I feel like the over all shape doesn’t really change that much – no matter which designer put it together. However, there are oh so slight modifications on this clutch that are fabulous. The clutch is hand-woven and features pleating and cutout handles. The leather overlay and whipstitching found at the top of the clutch come together to produce a very pleasant twist. While the colors might seem a bit subtle, I for one, really like them. Whether you are looking to tap into your inner bohemian, hippie or simply looking for a bit of a change in your clutch repertoire, this could be a great option! Buy through ShopBop for $188.

Although, I am not writer but I fall in love this clutch. The reference is done in a way that is so sleek and irreverent that I can’t help but smile when I look at it. Even for those that aren’t writers, I have to believe that this is interesting enough to have a certain sort of appeal.

Wow, pink  Leopard print . It look glad most certainly can be an awfully over-the-top combination, Designed by Jimmy Choo The Pink Tube Clutch pink+ leopard+ glitter. This is one of those take-out-for-girls-night clutches. Everything about it seems too colorful, too printed, too sparkle. what do you think? I love it only color could attract more.

Are you starting to plan for this year’s holiday parties yet? Yeah, me neither. However, if you are, I think I’ve found a clutch you might like. Yes, I was without a doubt a bit speechless when I came across the Yves Saint Laurent Satin Ribbon Clutch. I’m sure you’ve picked up on my handbag two-step thought process. Step one, do I like it? Step two, where will I wear it? I don’t attend copious amounts of galas so for the life of me I can’t think where I’d carry this clutch during the Spring and Summer months. Can you?

Well, forget about the event, let’s focus on the bag itself. Black satin and velvet swirl together to create this clutch. Apparently there is some goldtone hardware somewhere on this bag, but it is hard to see with so much else going on. The bow is “eh”. I think the clutch could actually be just fine without it yet isn’t totally ruined with it. Frankly, this clutch isn’t like many other evening bags I’ve seen and this makes me like it even more. So, if you are stocking up for this year’s holiday season (t-minus 6ish months) then this might be an option. Buy through

Every now and then I come across a bag that is really cute but that I’m also very sure I would never be able to carry. This is a great example. The Bow Group Esti Handheld Tote by Kate Spade is sweet and functional, with a two-toned ribbon wrapped around the top and a great pocket-laden interior. Despite its usefulness, though, as well as the bow’s initial charm, it loses that appeal after awhile. Imagine carrying this around all the time – or even just some of the time. It will lose its luster quickly unless you really love bows, and will then just be one of many in the “why did I buy that?” pile.

For those who just can’t afford Bottega Veneta but covet the label’s Knot clutches, you might find your answer in the Cozumel Eglantine. It’s a loose interpretation of the Knot from Kate Spade, and while it doesn’t boast the signature knot (that would be downright copying, wouldn’t it?), it does offer lovely woven leather in a myriad of colors. Nothing is more fun or practical for spring than these hibiscus and peridot versions, but you can go the neutral route with black or natural, too. The vibrant lining provides great contrast to the simple exterior. Fabulous!
